QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL AND HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
 

The Management of CARANDINI, a company engaged in the design and manufacture of lighting equipment, are aware of the importance of quality, environmental management and occupational health and safety.
 
For this reason they have established the Integrated Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Management System, based on standards UNE-EN ISO 9001, UNE-EN ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001.
 
The priority aims of this integrated management system are client satisfaction, environmental protection and occupational risk prevention, in regard to which CARANDINI has established the following general directives:
 
  • To supply their products and services in accordance with established requirements.
  • To introduce an approach of continuous improvement, pollution prevention, and health damage and deterioration prevention as a rule of conduct.
  • A permanent commitment to complying with environmental legislation and regulations and those regarding products applicable to our sphere of activity and to health and safety at all levels, as well as to meeting the requirements agreed upon by CARANDINI and interested parties.
  • The inclusion of environmental and occupational health factors in the planning of new processes and in the modification of existing ones.
  • The establishing of objectives and goals, their subsequent review and analysis.
  • Continuing professional development for CARANDINI personnel, in accordance with posts held, providing the necessary skills to improve professional competence whilst respecting the environment and health and safety regulations.
  • To undertake to provide the necessary resources and means for the attainment of established goals and compliance with specified requirements.
 
This policy is available for consultation by the public and by interested parties, and is also communicated to the company's employees.
