The PRQ series of LED floodlights is designed by Carandini for various indoor and outdoor applications. Available in several versions with a range of accessories, the new LED version of the PRQ range has a functional design that’s perfect for lighting tunnels, underpasses and sports facilities: football pitches, tennis courts and athletics tracks.

Thermal control

Light control
  • Programmable control gear with step adjustment in luminaire head. DALI protocol and 1-10 V permits more efficient light control, minimizing consumption and maximizing output.
  • Light control is a key factor in the energy efficiency of the luminaire.

LED characteristics
Light source:
  • Luminaire designed for LED technology, with luminous flux range between 3000 and 8000 lm and colour temperature of 3000 K (warm white, ww) or 4000 K (neutral white, nw) and amber.
  • Operating current (500-600-700 mA).

LED technology: 
  • Holds two types of LED module (21 or 28 LEDs) or a high-performance, high-efficiency 42-LED module. All LED modules have been endurance-tested for reliability, eliminating the possibility of (Premature LED failure). Colour rendering index Ra > 80 at 3000 K and Ra > 70 at 4000 K.
  • Offers the 2 photometric distribution patterns suited to the environments in which this luminaire is typically installed, making it adaptable to all requirements.
  • Acrylic lenses specially designed for PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) LEDs (7 x 1).
  • Plexiglass bonded to PMMA VM100 overmould to form a single component.
