Carandini already holds ISO 14001 certification and recently renewed its ISO 9001 certification, both in their 2015 versions. It is the first company in Catalonia, and among the first in Spain, to obtain this latest version of ISO 9001.

ISO 9001 sets out the Quality Management System requirements implemented by organizations providing products or services—public or private and regardless of their size—to obtain certification or for contractual purposes. In both cases the final objective is to meet the needs and expectations of the customer.

ISO 14001 sets out criteria for the implementation of an efficient environmental management system. It is designed to establish a balance between profit-earning capacity and environmental impact, mobilizing the entire organization in the pursuit of these two objectives. ISO 14001 is a voluntary standard, and its adoption by Carandini testifies to our company’s commitment to a world where sustainable environmental management is a reality.

These certifications are a source of great pride to everyone at Carandini, and offer further proof of our commitment to product quality in the search for the best possible solutions.
